Vintage Tabriz Rug - 9'9" X 12'10"

This overdyed decorative Tabriz rug was made around 1970's in East Azerbaijan province. Tabriz rugs are renowned for their quality and their intricate design. This is a beautiful example of traditional Persian rug making. 100% sheep wool fiber knotted on cotton foundation. These rugs were made using natural dye fiber.
