Composition Modulée No. 2

Composition Modulée No. 2 channels the architectural clarity of Bauhaus geometry and the tactile richness of mid-century French reliefs. Four sculptural forms, at once convex and concave, are arranged in perfect balance, their interplay of curve and plane creating a shifting dialogue of light and shadow.

Handcrafted from thick plaster and finished with a hand-painted surface, each element reveals subtle tonal and textural variations. The work is framed in a whitewashed wood frame, its clean lines framing the dimensionality without distraction. At 30” x 30”, it holds the presence of a small-scale architectural wall panel, offering both minimalism and material depth.
