The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide our services and sell our products to you. Your information and Personal Information are stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Shopify’s Privacy Policy is here, and applies to all data they collect. It is encrypted according to the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Customer List–Based Advertising (“Matched Ads”)
We may share or upload limited customer information, such as email addresses, in hashed or encrypted form, with advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) to create custom audiences, deliver relevant advertisements, or exclude existing customers from certain campaigns.
These platforms may compare our hashed information against their own user databases to determine whether there is a match. We do not share plaintext personal information for this purpose, and we do not receive information about individuals who are not matched.
10. Session Replay and User Experience Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity, a user experience analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our Site. Clarity records information such as clicks, scrolling, navigation patterns, and interactions with page elements to help us improve site functionality, usability, and performance.
Clarity is configured to mask or exclude sensitive personal information, including payment details and passwords. Data collected through Clarity is used solely for analytics, troubleshooting, and site optimization purposes. If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in during checkout, we may use your personal information to send you marketing emails or SMS messages about new products, exclusive offers, and other updates.

SMS Messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us, we may send you promotional messages, transactional notifications, or service-related communications. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How to Exercise Your Rights
You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information collected by us. Upon receipt of such request, we will delete your Personal Information collected as of the date of such request, except when necessary to: (i) complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was provided or perform a contract with you; (ii) detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity and prosecute those responsible; (iii) debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; (iv) exercise free speech (of business or another consumer) or other rights; (v) comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; (vi) engage in public or peer reviewed research in the public interest; (vii) enable internal uses reasonably aligned with the expectations of the consumer based on their relationship with the business; and (viii) comply with a legal obligation; (ix) use your Personal Information(viii) comply with a legal obligation; and (ix) use your Personal Information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.
To submit a request to delete your personal information, you must provide sufficient information to allow us to verify your identity, including at minimum your full name and email address. We will use this information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and processing your deletion request. We will respond to your verified request within 45 calendar days of receipt, unless we need an additional 45 calendar days to respond, in which case we will notify you of the extension within the first 45-day period and provide an explanation for the delay. Notwithstanding the above, we will respond within a different period of time if your jurisdiction requires the same. You may call or e-mail us with your request at the contact information provided in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy.
If your deletion request is subject to any exception under applicable law, we will inform you of the specific exception and the legal basis for it. We will delete your personal information that is not subject to an exception. Once your request to delete is processed and verified, we will delete your personal information from our records and will direct our service providers, contractors, and third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information to delete such information from their records, except where retention is necessary or permitted under applicable law. For California residents, we will notify third parties to whom we have sold or shared your personal information to delete such information unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
