Below is how our affiliate partnership works and what it means to become a Lemieux et Cie affiliate.

Affiliate Program Terms and Guidelines

These Affiliate Program Terms and Guidelines ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the Lemieux et Cie Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, Lemieux et Cie’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable platform agreements.

1. Program Overview

We’re building a network of design-minded voices to bring our collections to audiences who value craft over convenience. Whether you’re a content curator, interior designer, or cultural tastemaker, you’ll share heritage design with audiences who understand that true luxury lies in provenance, not price.

We welcome partners aligned with our values: Generational Thinking, Responsible Artisan Partnership, Authenticity, Cultural Stewardship, Enduring Luxury, and Signature Curation.

2. Application and Approval

All applications are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve or reject any applicant at our sole discretion.

Affiliates are expected to have:

  • An active and relevant platform (blog, website, newsletter, or social media);

  • Content that reflects design integrity and originality; and

  • A commitment to transparency, ethical promotion, and brand alignment.


Eligibility:

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their location).


No Stacking with Trade Program:

Affiliates cannot participate in both the Lemieux et Cie Affiliate Program and the Lemieux et Cie Trade Program at the same time. Applicants must choose one program. Affiliate commissions are not payable on any transactions that receive trade or wholesale discounts.

3. How to Join

We’ve partnered with impact.com for tracking, reporting, and payments.

  1. Apply to our program on impact.com 

  2. Upon approval, receive your personalized tracking links, dashboard access, and creative assets.

  3. Start promoting Lemieux et Cie through your content and begin earning.

  4. Already on impact.com? Log in and search "Lemieux et Cie" to request partnership access.

4. Impact Platform Agreement

Affiliate participation in the Program is subject to the Master Program Agreement and related platform terms administered by impact.com. Those agreements govern the technical operation of the affiliate platform, including tracking, attribution, reporting, and payment processing.

5. Scope of Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms and Guidelines shall govern and control all brand-related and program-level matters relating to the Lemieux et Cie Affiliate Program, including affiliate eligibility, commission structures, content standards, brand usage, prohibited practices, user-generated content permissions, and termination of affiliate relationships.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Affiliate Program Terms and Guidelines and any other agreement between Lemieux et Cie and an Affiliate, other than agreements governing third-party platform operation, these Affiliate Program Terms and Guidelines shall take precedence and control solely with respect to affiliate program matters.

6. Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and product imagery provided through the impact.com platform.

Affiliates may not:

  • Alter or distort Lemieux et Cie brand assets;

  • Use our name, logo, or content in misleading or offensive contexts;

  • Present themselves as Lemieux et Cie or an official representative; or

  • Run paid advertising campaigns using our trademarks (e.g., "Lemieux et Cie sale" on Google Ads).

7. AI Usage Policy for Affiliate Content

Permitted AI Use:

Affiliates may use AI tools for:

  • Brainstorming, outlining, editing, or formatting;

  • Enhancing visuals using AI-based features that do not materially alter the core creative expression; and

  • Minor automation that supplements, but does not replace, human creativity.


Prohibited AI Use:

We will not accept affiliate promotion through:

  • Fully AI-generated content submitted without meaningful human involvement;

  • AI-generated likenesses, voices, or representations of real individuals without explicit consent; or

  • AI-generated material that imitates or incorporates the intellectual property, branding, or proprietary style of any third party.


Disclosure Requirement:

Affiliates must disclose significant AI involvement, especially where AI tools are used to generate visuals, audio, or characters that may be perceived as original or real.

8. Community Participation and UGC

Affiliates are welcome to participate in our broader community by tagging @LemieuxetCie and using #Lemieuxetcie in their content. When you do, please refer to our separate User-Generated Content Policy, which forms part of these Affiliate Terms.

9. Disclosures and Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all relevant marketing, advertising, and disclosure regulations in their jurisdiction. This includes:

  • Proper disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links");

  • Compliance with FTC Guidelines (U.S.) and international equivalents; and

  • Honest, accurate representation of Lemieux et Cie products and values.

10. Content Standards

Affiliates are expected to uphold the design integrity and editorial quality of the Lemieux et Cie brand. We reserve the right to request edits or revoke affiliate access if content is misaligned with our values, including:

  • Off-brand styling, language, or positioning;

  • Low-quality imagery or publishing environments; or

  • Inconsistent use of our name or cultural positioning.

11. Prohibited Practices

The following behaviors are not permitted and may result in immediate removal from the Program:

  • Spam tactics, bots, or artificial traffic;

  • Posting misleading, exaggerated, or false product claims;

  • Promoting Lemieux et Cie via coupon, cashback, or deal sites (unless authorized);

  • Creating domains or ads that imitate Lemieux et Cie branding;

  • Offering unauthorized promotional codes, discounts, or offers;

  • Fraudulent traffic, click manipulation, or bot usage; or

  • Promotion of counterfeit or competitive mass-market products.

12. Termination

Lemieux et Cie may remove any Affiliate from the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Affiliate Terms, the Terms of Service, the UGC Policy, or brand standards.

13. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, including logos, photographs, product descriptions, and visual content, remain the sole property of Lemieux et Cie. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable right to use these assets for the purpose of program participation only.

No transfer of intellectual property rights is implied or granted by participation in the Program.

14. Program Changes

Lemieux et Cie reserves the right to modify commission rates, program structure, or these Affiliate Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via the impact.com platform or email (when available). Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law (Lemieux et Cie Relationship)

Any dispute arising directly between Lemieux et Cie and an Affiliate relating to brand promotion, content use, intellectual property, user-generated content, or participation in the Program (excluding platform operation, tracking, or payment disputes governed by impact.com) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Can interior designers join?

Trade professionals are welcome to apply; however, applicants must choose either the Trade Program or the Affiliate Program. Participants cannot stack benefits across both programs, and affiliate commissions are not payable on purchases made with trade pricing.

What happens if a customer returns their purchase?

Commissions are reversed if a return is processed at any time. Exchanges do not affect your commission.

Can international partners join?

Yes. We welcome affiliates globally. impact.com supports international payments in multiple currencies.

How do you evaluate or remove partners?

All affiliates are reviewed upon application and periodically thereafter. We may pause or end partnerships that include inaccurate product representation, excessive discounting, misleading claims, or content inconsistent with Lemieux et Cie’s brand values. Removal decisions are at our discretion and communicated promptly via impact.com.
