Assemblage Géométrique No. 7 is a bold exploration of geometry, layering, and tonal harmony. Hand-cut and colored paper forms - triangles, circles, and rectangles - interlock across a cream substrate, their overlapping planes creating a sense of rhythm and architectural order. The palette of warm sienna, umber, sand, and black is both timeless and modern, recalling the earthy restraint of early 20th-century European abstraction.

This work pays homage to the Bauhaus and Cubist traditions, where geometry was stripped of ornament to reveal its essential beauty. Echoes of Sonia Delaunay’s color fields and the Constructivist use of form can be felt here, yet the dimensional layering gives it a contemporary sculptural presence. Float-mounted within a shadow box frame without acrylic, the piece allows each surface to catch light and shadow naturally, deepening its spatial effect. At 30” x 40”, it is a commanding statement - ideal for a gallery wall or as a standalone focal piece.
