The Rulmann Swivel Chair embodies the collection's ethos of mid-century organic modernism into a singular, sculptural seat. With a grounded base and fluid 360° movement, the Rulmann Swivel draws inspiration from the legacy of Kagan, Royère, and Noguchi, where motion and form coalesce.

A chair that holds space without stillness. Handmade in North Carolina. Low-profile, fully upholstered, and materially substantial. Designed as a standalone artifact or to accompany other pieces in the Rulmann Collection.

Cushion & Fill Information

Our tight upholstered seat and back offers an extraordinary sit in feel. They are designed using ozone–friendly, high density and highly resilient (HR) CertiPur-US foam. The foam is made using renewable bio–based material, covered with a layer of regenerated fiber that provides a soft to the touch feel.

Also available in customer's own material (COM). Requires 6 yards of plain railroaded fabric. COM price: $3,436.

Lead time for COM orders starts when the fabric is received in our workroom.

Production time is approximately 6-8 weeks. This item ships with white glove delivery service. Delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks depending on location.
